ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project Migration and Immigration Challenges in the Visegrad Region, held in the frame of Visegrad Grants, focuses on migration and immigration trends in the Visegrad area. The aim of the project is on the delivery of a teaching module at MA level, which is taught by Hungarian, Slovak and Polish academics.

The subject matter of intense educational modules conducted within the framework of the project includes patterns of migration in the region, as well as movements inside and outside the area. The migration policies of the Visegrad countries will be examined and compared, as will approaches to ethnic minorities and the Roma.

The coordinator of the project is Kerry Longhurst, PhD from Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.
